Almost There

Its the end of the quarter which means only one thing to me, and that is that i'm three more quarters away from finally graduating and moving on to bigger and better things. Just to look back on this quarter I am pleasantly surprised how well I've been keeping up on my reading for this class. At times it was a bit of a struggle, especially when school started and I still had my lazy attitude from summer, but reading has almost become routine for me now. I'm not saying I would rather read a book than watch a good movie or some TV, but I don't dread it anymore. The books that I have read this first quarter have been surprisingly good. The one book I have enjoyed reading the most so far has been Lightning by Dean Koontz. It was an exciting fast paced book that kept me engaged the entire time I was reading. I struggled a bit was some of the slower moving books. I need something that can grab my attention and hold it and the types of books that have that section of pages where it's just boring detail after boring detail are a struggle to read.
